Sabine Breitwieser
She is an independent curator and writer residing in Vienna. As a Directive of the International Council of Museums, she has organized that institution's conferences for many years. She founded and works as a curator at the Generali Foundation Collection's prestigious art program in Vienna, where she organized exhibitions that included more than 200 international artists now considered emblematic. Her most important publications include "Modernologies or What Makes Contemporary Artists Investigate Modernity and Modernism'', 2009, and "Art and Artists: Please wait for a Commission'', 2004. Besides curating and organizing a full portfolio of exhibitions, Breitwieser is an active conference participant and has served on a number of international prize juries.
