Artist and Cultural activist. Co-founder and director of ExTeresa Arte Actual (INBA). He has been part of the Culture Council in the UNAM, the Museo de Mujeres Artistas Mexicanas and the Comitee of Arts in UAM. She has coordinated the programe Arte, cultura y justicia: representaciones y performatividades alternas at Estudios de Género, UNAM. Her Works have been shown in Afganistan, the United States, Finland, Canada, UK, Spain, and many other contries. She received the 2014 Artraker Award for Social Impact (England), the 2011 Commended Artist por Freedom to Create (Singapur) and the 2011 Omecíhuatl medal, by Inumjeres DF (México).
