Ana María Millán

(Colombia, 1975) Remains somewhere between the roles of an artista, a researcher, and an event organizer. She is one of the founding members of the collective Helena Producciones, where she has collaborated since 1998 and whereby she has produced seven versions of the Cali Performance Festival, a festival supported in two occasions by the Prince Claus of Holland. Her work, in other instances has been shown at exhibitions such as Tierra de Nadie, Centro Cultural Montehermoso, España (2011); AUTO-KINO!, Temporare Kunsthalle, Berlín (2010); Side Stories: Historias Colaterales, Centro Cultural de España, Guatemala (2008); Urgente! 41 Salón Nacional de Artistas, Cali (2008); Intricate Journey, NGBK, Berlin (2007); Cali en el Espejo, (with Helena Producciones), Or Gallery, Vancouver (2006); I still believe in miracles-part I y I still believe in miracles-part II, Musée d’Art moderne de la Ville de Paris (2005).
