OONO19 is a work programme that, in this edition, has as an objective to develop a series of activities that involve the concept of COMMUNITY, theme exposed through several disciplines that cover themselves under the different working exercises of Northern Observatory. For this, this encounter of collaborative characteristics seeks to encourage the participation of a community in the process of reflecting and doing, based on a series of practices that meet in the work and investigation of mexican artists, architects and designers that promote, through their artwork, the importance of participative processes and therefore, the development of collective identities in the different regions of our country.

There will be the participation of the mexican artist Gilberto Espaza, and the proposal and artwork of the Architecture Workshop COMUNAL of Mariana Ordoñez and Jesica Amescua.
