La Palabra de la Cueva: Investigación Objetual

It's an artistic investigation whose starting point is the archaeological site La Cueva de las Monas, in the state of Chihuahua. Through the iconographic analysis, the relation of this place with the current Rarámuri culture is glimpsed. The project develops a search through an interdisciplinary methodology integrating archaeological, historical and ethnographic elements. The exhibition proposes to explore the possibilities of the curatorial model by including the visual production of the specialists who collaborate in the project and to potentiate an exhibition space outside the usual center of artistic activity in Mexico.
