The CMMAS (Centro Mexicano para la Música y las Artes Sonoras) seeks to support the professional formation of artists through knowledge, experimentation, and application of their artistic, musical and technological insight transmitted through a class program.

The CMMAS has been consolidated as the main platform of Iberoamerica for specialized creation, reflection and learning regarding the different aspects of contemporary sound with and without new technologies. This way, Mexico strengthens its relation with the rest of world through art.
