From the body, the tangent

The project is contemplated to create a curatorial program around the discourse From the Body, the tangent, which is a continuation of last year’s work. The objective is to continue the programs from the exhibition area that works as a reflection towards the production of contemporary art in Monterrey’s city.

It has La Cresta as its head office, a space in which the artist Mariela Sancari, Gabriel Rosas Alemán y Raúl Mirlo will be exposing, following the discourse of the use of the body as a way, “emboding” photographies, using the human body as a linguistic element per se, using performance and video, and exploring the idea of space, limit and emptiness.
