Casacuna de Ruta del Castor

CASACUNA is an educational project managed since 2017 by Ruta del CASTOR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion and production of public art projects in Mexico and Latin America. The program uses contemporary art as a pedagogical tool and it consists of workshops, activities and space interventions to build and enrich relationships between cultural agents and the community of the orphanage Casa Cuna La Paz.

The project does not pretend to offer classes to learn how to paint or to learn about art history, instead, it facilitates the art and creativity as tools for ourselves and our context, with harmony values, integration, tolerance and respect for others and oneself.
